Quality Control & Compliance
Quality is built into every stage — fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, and final inspection — so shipments meet brand standards.
QC System
- Fabric: 4-point system with about 20% roll sampling; relaxation before cutting.
- Cutting: color/size segregation, piece inspection before sewing issue.
- Sewing: inline QC and endline QC; repair/replace loop for fails.
- Finishing: ironing to customer size specs, buttoning, thread cleaning, hangtag/fold.
- Packing: carton packing with needle detection for product safety.
- Final: AQL 1.5 final inspection before ship-out; accessory AQL 1.0 receiving.
Social Compliance
High Tien Mao holds a WRAP Gold certificate. We welcome brand compliance reviews and will provide current documentation upon request.
